PURCHASES
All prices are in British pounds (£) and inclusive of vat, unless otherwise specified. Rubycrazy retains the ownership of all goods until full payment has been received. All products on this site are for personal use only and you are not permitted in reselling our products without prior consent. We reserve the right to refuse sales or reduce quantities without prior notice. Should you be interested in becoming our stockist please contact us for further details.
DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
Delivery charges are as follows
Standard UK Delivery £2.50
FREE UK Delivery on £20 or over
Standard World Delivery £12.50
FREE World Delivery on £100 or over
All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
Orders are dispatched with tracking whenever possible.
We use a variety of delivery partners for all orders.
We are not responsible for any custom duties.
Although deliveries will be dispatched on time they may be delayed when sent outside of UK due to current worldwide issues.

All commission orders are payable fully in advance and dispatched within 14 days from the completed order (subject to material availability).
The risk of goods will be passed on to customer on delivery. If customer suspects delivery has been tampered with it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods. The customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless they notify Rubycrazy within 7 days of the receipt. If no action is been taken, Rubycrazy considers products being as described and satisfactory and may not accept any reject at a later date. In the event of order being lost by a third party Rubycrazy bares no liability once the goods have been dispatched.
Rubycrazy accepts returns of goods within 28 days of the order. The goods need to be returned unused and with the original packaging. Customer is responsible for any delivery fees. Any moneys will be refunded with the original payment method.
Where goods have been damaged a refund/ exchange will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging within 7 working days.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on this site are the property of Rubycrazy (including photos, logos, graphics and texts). Any copying of any portion of this site is strictly forbidden without our prior consent
